Hungarian Sweet and Sour Carrots

     Ingredients:

     Scrape the carrots, cut them into strips, and cook them until barely tender (about 10 minutes). Mix approximately 1/4 cup vinegar, 3 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon butter in an oven-proof dish. Toss the carrots in the mixture. Bake them at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
